DELIVERY TIMELINES: To cater to your delivery needs effectively, we collaborate with various professional carriers who operate nationwide within the U.S. The speed of delivery depends on your location and the size of your order.

Assuming all items are in stock, the delivery lead times are as follows:

  • Within California: 1-5 working days.
  • Outside California: 7-10 working days.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER: We believe in keeping you informed throughout the process. Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you via email  with the relevant tracking details, allowing you to monitor your delivery closely.

DELIVERY POLICY: For non-bulky and non-fragile items, deliveries are made to your front door only. However, for bulky or fragile goods, we understand the need for special handling and care. Hence, we engage professional couriers  who schedule delivery times and handle your items with utmost care.

PICKING UP YOUR ORDER: You have the option to collect your goods at our warehouse located at 4632 Pacific Blvd, Vernon, CA 90058.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY: As our shipments contain valuable goods, our carriers are required to obtain proof of delivery. If you’re comfortable with your order being left without a signature, please inform one of our customer service representatives at +1 323 588 9165. However, we cannot assume responsibility for your order once it’s delivered under this option.
