Q: Where Does Funareus Ship To? A: We can deliver to any address within the U.S.

Q: How Much Will Shipping Cost Me? A: For shipping cost inquiries, please email us at [email protected] for a quote.

Q: What Type Of Payments Do You Accept? A: We accept credit card payments via Visa, Mastercard, Additionally, you can also send us a check. Please ensure you include your order number as a reference.

Q: What Happens After I Place My Order Online? A: Upon placing your order online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. If any items are out of stock or if there are issues processing payment, we will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your order. Once your order is processed, we will notify you via email when it reaches our warehouse for picking. Subsequently, we will contact you by email with the relevant tracking information once your order is shipped.

Q: When Can I Expect My Order? A: Delivery times depend on your location and order size. Assuming all items are in stock, delivery lead times are as follows:

  • California: within 2-5 working days.
  • Outside California: between 7 and 10 working days.
